Return Policy

We at Newbie hope that you as a customer will always be satisfied with what you order, but should you change your mind, we have a 30 day return policy, starting from the day on which you received your receipt from us. 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ONLINE

If you want to send items back, you can use the return slip and delivery note included in your order. The return cost is 6€ which will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed and accepted at our warehouse. 

Please note that we are unable to exchange sizes or items. You must then place a new order. To return unwanted items purchased at newbie.com please follow these simple steps:

  1. Make sure that the items have their original labels intact, are unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Do not remove hygiene strip on underwear and bathing suits.
  2. All goods returned must be packed in a bag or a box. If possible, use the original packaging.
  3. As a customer you are responsible for the return shipping costs (€6) when you send the item back to us. Please use the prepaid label, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid for the item, including delivery costs (but not including additional delivery costs if you choose a different delivery method than the standard method that we offer).
  4. Put the pre-paid return label over the original label.
  5. Do not forget to enclose the completed return form when returning any items.
  6. Take your parcel to your nearest DHL drop off location. DHL finder helps you finding your nearest drop off location dhl.com/global-en/parcel/finder. Zoom on map to locate your nearest drop off location.
  7. Refunds are made within 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal and we receive the item or from the date you provided proof that the item has been returned.

      Please note that as it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is returned to us, we strongly suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return it.

      WHICH ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

      Full Priced Items

      You can return any full priced items purchased within 30 days for a full refund, starting from the day which you received your receipt from us. This applies to online orders returned to our online team.

      All items returned must be unworn and unwashed and still have their original tags.

      Sale items

      You can return any sale items purchased within 14 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund. This applies to online orders returned to our online team.

      All items returned must be unworn and unwashed and still have their original tags.

      If you have a faulty item, please contact Customer Service.

       

      HOW MUCH WILL I BE REFUNDED?

      You will be refunded the full price that you paid for the items you bought. The refund will be made via the payment option you used for your purchase, if nothing else is agreed or there is a barrier to such refund. For partial returns, the delivery cost will not be refunded. Please note that you as customer are responsible for the return shipping costs (€6) when you send the item back to us.


      HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

      We try to process returns as quickly as possible and we will notify you by email once your return has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 3-5 working days after your return has been processed by us.

      During busy periods this could take up to 14 days from when we receive the goods.
