Delivery

  • For The Netherlands, Austria, Belgium & Check Republic - To receive before Christmas, order before Sunday 13/12. For France, Lithuania, Portugal & Slovakia - To receive before Christmas, order before Friday 11/12.

  • We always aim to deliver your order between 5-7 working days after we have confirmed your order. Please note that delivery times are estimates and that deliveries could take somewhat longer during peak seasons (such as Christmas). We do not dispatch on weekends. As our warehouse is located in Sweden we do not dispatch on Swedish bank holidays.

  • Delivery is free for every order over €70, for orders under €70 we charge €6 for shipping.

  • Newbie.com offers delivery to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Slovakia, and these countries alone.

    Newbie was established in Gothenburg, Sweden in 2010 as a family member of the Kappahl Group. Therefor can you who live in Poland, Finland, Norway or Sweden have your Newbie products sent to you via Kappahl.

  • At checkout you choose your shipping address and you can also specify a different billing address here.

  • DHL Standard delivery is the available delivery method at checkout. DHL Standard delivery varies between "Home delivery" and "Pick up Point" depending on delivery country. For Austria, Belgium, Czechia Luxembourg, Netherlands and Slovakia "DHL Standard Delivery" is per default Home delivery. For France, Latvia and Lithuania "DHL Standard Delivery" is per default delivery to Pick Up Point. Three days after our warehouse has dispatched your order you will receive a notification from our distribution partner DHL, where you have the option to change choice of delivery from Home to Service point (or vice versa) or update delivery day.

  • When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm that it’s on the way. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. Orders are trackable from when they are shipped, you can check the progress in the delivery confirmation email via the attached tracking link. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days between first and second tracking update on your order. You can also follow your order via this tracking link.

  • Home delivery is only available for a Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Slovakia. The process vary depending of Shipping country.

    Austria: If you are not home when our courier attempts delivery and the parcel doesn’t fit through the letter box, the carrier will leave your parcel with your nearest neighbor or service point and leave you a note telling you where you can collect your parcel. If delivery to a neighbor or service point isn’t applicable, your parcel will be sent back to the carrier depot and held there for 10 calendar days. There will then be a second delivery attempt. If the second attempt fails, the parcel will be sent back to Newbie.

    Belgium: If you are not at home when our courier attempts delivery the carrier will leave your parcel to nearest service point/parcel locker and leave you a note telling you where you can collect your parcel. If the parcel is not picked up within 14 days, it will be sent back to sender.

    Czech Republic: If you are not at home when our courier attempts delivery the carrier will leave your parcel to nearest service point and leave you a note telling you where you can collect your parcel. If the parcel is not picked up within 7 days, it will be sent back to sender. If a service point is not available in the delivery area a second delivery attempt will occur.

    Luxembourg: If you are not at home when our courier attempts delivery and the parcel doesn’t fit through the letter box, the carrier will leave your parcel with your nearest neighbor or service point and leave you a note telling you where you can collect your parcel. If delivery to a neighbor or service point isn’t applicable, your parcel will be sent back to the carrier depot and held there for 15 calendar days then the parcel will be sent back to Newbie.

    Netherlands: If you are not at home when our courier attempts delivery and the parcel doesn’t fit through the letter box, the carrier will leave your parcel with your nearest neighbor or Next day service point. Your parcel will be held at the service point for 7 calendar days and the be sent back to Newbie.

    Slovakia: If you are not at home when our courier attempts delivery the carrier will leave your parcel to nearest service point and leave you a note telling you where you can collect your parcel. If the parcel is not picked up within 7 days, it will be sent back to sender. If a service point is not available in the delivery area a second delivery attempt will occur.

  • Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change.If an item in your order is missing, check your emails to see if we have notified you that an item is out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will send you an email to inform you about this. If this is the case, no payment for these goods is taken. The delivery note will state which items are in this part of your order. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anything. If something is missing and you have questions, please reach out to us.

  • Newbie does not offer partial deliveries. An item that is sold out will be removed from your order and you will not be charged. If this is the case we will send you an email to let you know.

  • Newbies warehouse is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Refunds

  • We at Newbie store hope that you as a customer will always be satisfied with what you order, but should you change your mind we have a 30 day return policy, starting from the day on which you received your receipt from us. If you send back a product to our online shop you will not be able to change to another size or item. You must then place a new order. As a customer you are responsible for the return shipping costs when you send the item back to us. Return shipping cost is €6. Read more about our return policy here

  • You will be refunded the full price that you paid for the items you bought. The refund will be made via the payment option you used for your purchase, if nothing else is agreed or there is a barrier to such refund. For partial returns, the delivery cost will not be refunded. Please note that you as customer are responsible for the return shipping costs (€6) when you send the item back to us.

  • We try to process returns as quickly as possible and we will notify you by email once your return has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 3-5 working days after your return has been processed by us. During busy periods this could take up to 14 days from when we receive the goods.

  • Yes. As a customer you are responsible for the return shipping costs when you send the item back to us. Return shipping cost is €6.

  • We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 3-5 working days. We always try to process returns as quickly as possible but during busy periods this could take up to 14 days from when we receive the goods. Payments

  • Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. When paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay, the shipping address within these settings is used and there is no way to overwrite it. Read more about our payment methods here.

  • Unfortunately we do not currently provide gift cards at newbie.com.

Order Online

  • When you find the garment you want, click “add to cart”. When you’ve finished shopping click on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.

    When you have chosen all of your items, click on the "Checkout" button and follow the very simple instructions on screen through our secure checkout process.If you have any difficulty placing your order online please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • If you want to but you can always checkout as a guest.

  • We will first send you an order confirmation with an overview of your ordered items, shipping method, total amount and your selected payment methods. When we have shipped your items we will send you a shipping confirmation with a receipt enclosed.

  • Please contact our  customer service team , and if the order is not dispatched it may be possible to change.

  • You can request to cancel the order and we always strive to do our best to prevent the order from being shipped. Please contact us in this matter as soon as possible. However it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed. If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the goods (see information for our Return Policy)

  • It can take up to 15 minutes until you recieve our welcome email that confirms your subscribtion and which contains your discount code.
